What should I do in a dental emergency?

If you experience an injury or issue with your mouth, seek professional help as quickly as possible. The sooner you visit our emergency dentist, the more options are available to address the issue effectively.

What should I do if I knock out or chip a tooth?

Keep the tooth moist at all times. If possible, place it back in its socket without touching the root. If you can’t, keep it in milk or between your gums and cheeks. Use a cold compress on the cheek to minimize swelling.

How can I stop a toothache?

Clean your mouth with warm water and gently floss to remove debris. Rinse with salt water and use a warm compress on the area. Contact us immediately.

How do I get sharp food out of my gums?

Use dental floss to remove the object carefully without causing harm. Avoid sharp tools, and come see us if you can’t safely remove them.

My pain went away; do I still need to see a dentist?

Pain often signals an underlying issue. Even if it subsides, let us know! Ignoring it may lead to future pain and a more complex issue.

How much does an emergency appointment cost?

Your treatment costs will depend on what’s needed to resolve the issue. We’ll provide a clear estimate before starting treatment.
