What is the Mason & Sycamore Township Video Hub?
The Mason & Sycamore Township Video Hub is the page where Cedar Village Dentistry collects its videos in one place, organized by topic. It covers our dentists, patient stories, treatment explainers, post-op instructions, and dental technology. Every video is also on our YouTube channel, @CedarVillageDentistry.
Who is in the videos?
Cedar Village Dentistry dentists, team members, and patients. You’ll see Dr. Thomas Dooley, Dr. Timothy Longo, and Dr. Erica McDavid on camera, plus patients who agreed to share their stories.
Do the videos tell me what a treatment costs?
No. The videos explain what a treatment involves, not what it costs, because the cost depends on your exam; our team works with you to maximize your insurance benefits and explains your payment options, including CareCredit financing. If you don’t have insurance, our membership plan costs $369 a year and includes 2 cleanings, all exams, needed x-rays, an oral cancer screening, 30% off deep cleanings, and 15 to 20% off treatments.
How long are the videos?
Most run 1 to 3 minutes, and the shorts run under a minute. You can watch a full category, like the four wisdom teeth shorts, in about 4 minutes.
Where are the salivary testing videos?
In the Salivary Testing section of this page, four shorts cover bleeding gums, bacteria testing, periodontal disease, and the latest research. Our Salivary Testing page explains how the test works and who benefits.
I watched a video and I'm still not sure what I need. What now?
Book an exam. Our dentists look at your teeth, take the images they need, and explain your options before anything starts. You can book online in about a minute or call (513) 770-4370, and our new patient information page shows what the first visit looks like.
Can I rely on the post-op videos after my procedure?
Use them alongside the written instructions you receive at your appointment, which are also on our Post-Op Instructions page. If something in your recovery doesn’t match what the video describes, call (513) 770-4370.
How soon can I be seen after watching?
Cedar Village Dentistry offers same-day appointments for dental emergencies, early morning and evening appointments, and every other Saturday at our Mason office. Book online or call (513) 770-4370 to pick a time.
